Smoother Moving: Theme Balance
In this series of Somatic Movement classes we will work on Balance in Life and Limbs. Learn how to listen to your body more closely and improve the balance in your life!
Smoother Moving is a somatic movement class. The purpose of somatic movement is to enhance Body-Mind integration. By training movement awareness, this class improves awareness of the body and its (stress) signals, enhances human functioning and helps to make movement easier and more fun. You will learn to listen more closely to your body’s needs and become smoother as a mover!

Who can do Somatic Movement?
Suitable for anyone, including those with injuries. Personal experience and making discoveriesyour own pace are core. Everyone works in a safe way, within their own boundaries and possibilities. We work with what we have, in a small group, with personal attention. Prior experience with somatic movement is not necessary. You move all the time.
